It's been great to hear thoughts about the pros and cons of this cert! Concerns about practicality and implementation makes a lot of sense to me. It jives with what I understand about CDMP being focused on Data Strategy. It might not be helpful for an entry level role. Instead, this certification is in demand for high-end leadership role postings.

I believe strongly that data analysts and data scientists should be empowered “data consumers.” I think end-to-end awareness of the data lifecycle can help you show up as a leader in your organization.
